SCHOOL VISIT
The admission process at DIS Edge School is systematic and transparent. Parents are required to submit the application form along with necessary documents. Admissions are granted based on eligibility and availability.
APPLICATION
Please fill in the complete information in the prescribed application form for admission with utmost honesty and clarity. Kindly essentially highlight the scholastic or behavioral concerns if any since all additional information would help the school to create a suitable environment for your child and address personalized needs. Any wrong information or concealment of information discovered later may lead to cancellation of admission.

INTERACTION
The submission of application for admission is followed by an interaction with the Admission Convenor and Wing Coordinator). Interaction is an informal means to know the student's educational development, use of language, social skills, academic enthusiasms and extra-curricular interests. The aim of the interaction is to help the child feel comfortable with the school and get familiar with the first line of contact for parents. It is expected that the parents carry all original documents while coming for the interaction along with the testimonials, certificates of the child from previous school if applicable.
For admission for classes VI onwards, the child is expected to appear for a written test. The admission test is done for class level Language aptitude, Numeric aptitude and General Awareness.
MID SESSION ADMISSIONS
Parents may register for admission at any time during the year and an interaction will be scheduled subject to submission of required supporting documents for change of school during the mid term as applicable for CBSE schools. .
ADMISSION
On being offered admission, parents are requested to pay the one-time Admission Fee within one week to secure the admission of the student. Subsequently, the student is issued a unique Student ID number. Parents further need to fill and submit various forms and declarations that would be given along with the admissions acceptance letter.
GRANT OF ADMISSION
Upon grant of admission, the School shall issue an Admission Slip and Fee Proforma Invoice. Parents are required to confirm the allotment of admission by depositing the fee at the earliest since grant of admission is on first come basis subject to the availability of seats.
The parents will be issued the following within 15 days of grant of admission :
- Student’s Admission Number. A unique admission number is allotted to a each student and should be included in all communication made with school therefrom.
- Each student will be given login access to the school's erp and a unique domain based email.
- Students will also be allotted Class section, House and will get to choose from one co curricular and one sports club from the range of choices available in the school.
- The route details will be shared if the parent has opted for school transport.
- Time table will be allotted to the student by the class teacher on the first day of school.
Fee Rules / Modalities
The school fees has to be paid in monthly or four quarterly installments. The first installment shall include admission and other charges along with the tuition fee.
Child's name will be struck off the rolls if dues remain unpaid beyond one installment and re-admission, if granted, will only be, when all the previous dues are cleared.
Fee should be deposited by the tenth working day of the schedule payment month.
Parents are requested to write their ward's Full name, Class, Section and Admission No.at the back of the Cheque/Draft.
All payments due towards the school are to be deposited at the Account office between 9:00 am and 2:00 pm on the working days.
