Environmental education begins from the classroom and expands to the community by engaging the next generation in action-based learning. DIS Edge endeavours to create awareness among the students towards current global issues having a profound effect on our environment, thus inspiring them to take bold steps to initiate positive changes in the society. Our school plays vital role in creating environmental awareness amongst the future generation. All the members of our school are actively engaged in overall environmental education by adopting various environment friendly approaches for conservation and preservation of environment. The Green brigade of DIS Edge values our natural resources and works towards promoting the conservation and maintenance of our environment. Sensitizing our children to the needs of the environment is a core value to our ideology.
Our eco enthusiasts conduct awareness drives for the community to make one and all join hands in our concerted endeavor to save our planet – Earth. We have adopted many eco friendly techniques like composting, and creating biofertilizer from the inhouse organic and floral waste.
